Return window

Unused products in original packaging may be returned within 30 days of delivery for a refund or exchange. Made-to-order finishes and cut-to-length products are not returnable unless faulty.

Condition requirements

To be accepted, a returned product must meet the following conditions.

• Unused and uninstalled, with protective film intact where supplied.
• In its original packaging with all inserts and documentation.
• Accompanied by the order number or invoice reference.

Faulty or damaged products

Report a faulty or transit-damaged product within 7 days of delivery. We arrange collection at our cost and dispatch a replacement from the same production batch wherever stock allows.

How to start a return

Open your order in Order History and select Request Return, or contact our support desk with the order number. You will receive a return authorisation and collection instructions within two business days.

Refunds

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 7 to 14 business days of the return being received and inspected. Original shipping charges are refunded only where the return is due to a fault on our side.
