Delivery methods

Three delivery methods are available at checkout.

• Instant Delivery — Metro Manila, same day for orders placed before 12:00 PHT.
• Regular Air or Land — 2 to 5 business days nationwide.
• Showroom Pickup — free, ready the next business day at our Ortigas showroom.

Processing time

Stocked finishes are picked and packed within one business day. Made-to-order finishes such as champagne gold, brushed gold and silver may require 7 to 14 business days before dispatch; the lead time is confirmed at order acknowledgement.

Packaging and handling

Every device ships with protective film in place and is packed in rigid inserts. Project quantities are palletised and labelled by floor or unit on request.

Tracking and receiving

A tracking reference is issued when your order leaves our warehouse and is visible in your account order history.

Please inspect cartons on receipt and note any visible damage on the delivery record before signing.

Shipping charges

Shipping is calculated at checkout by method and destination. Orders above the published free-shipping threshold ship free by Regular Air or Land.
