Acceptance of terms

By accessing this website or placing an order, you agree to these terms. If you do not accept them, please do not use the site.

Products and specification

Product images are representative. Finishes are matched by batch and may vary slightly from screen rendering. Technical specifications are published in good faith and may be revised as products are improved.

Where a project requires guaranteed finish consistency, request a batch reservation through our specification desk.

Orders and pricing

All prices are in Philippine pesos and inclusive of VAT unless stated otherwise. We reserve the right to decline or cancel an order where a pricing error, stock shortage or suspected fraud is identified, with a full refund.

Warranty

Grazen devices carry a manufacturer warranty against defects in materials and workmanship. Warranty terms vary by product family and are stated on each product page and in the warranty documentation.

Warranty cover requires installation by a qualified electrician in accordance with the supplied instructions.

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, our liability in connection with any product is limited to repair, replacement or refund of that product. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss.
