The Brief

The developer wanted a device language that read as part of the interior specification rather than an electrical afterthought, consistent from the model unit through to the final turnover phase three years later.

The Approach

  1. 01

A single finish family — matte white plates with champagne gold detailing — applied to switches, outlets and floor boxes across every unit type.

  2. 02

Mock-up panels produced for three wall materials so the shadow gap could be reviewed under the project's actual lighting temperature.

  3. 03

Stock held against the full turnover schedule so late phases matched the show unit exactly.

Outcome

Turnover completed across three phases with no visible finish drift between the first show unit and the last delivered floor.
