Grazen Partners With Three Cebu Developers
Framework supply agreements signed this quarter place Grazen devices in more than 1,100 units across Cebu, with a shared finish schedule and single-batch reservation for each tower.
Scope of the agreements
Each tower is specified with Linea switches and Atelier outlets in matte white, with dark grey used through service corridors and back-of-house.
The boutique hotel takes Horizon ultra wide panels in guest rooms and Ascent lift sockets in its meeting suites.
On-site specification support
A resident Grazen technical representative will support the mock-up units and the first two floors of each tower to lock installation standards early.
